Improved color contrast and fixed spacing
Updated the limits background color from #463c78 to #332a5c to improve contrast ratios for warning and critical severity indicators, meeting AA accessibility standards. Also fixed a PowerShell screenshot tool bug where variable name case-sensitivity caused background colors to not reset properly between elements, and removed redundant spacing calculations that were double-counting gaps.
Fixed screenshot tool pill spacing
Improved the screenshot rendering tool to properly separate visual pills on a fixed cell grid and draw caps as shapes instead of glyphs, fixing alignment issues that occurred when GDI+ rendered special characters differently than terminals. The pills now display with correct spacing matching what users see in their actual terminal.
