Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Repo Wrapped (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Repo Wrapped generates shareable pages, reports, and analyses from GitHub repositories. Some features are free and metered; others (repository digests, one-shot audits, and a Pro plan) are paid. AI-generated summaries and reports are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors — do not rely on them as your sole source of truth.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access repositories or data you are not authorized to view, circumventing usage limits, or disrupting the Service. You may only generate reports for repositories you have the right to access.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel from your billing settings. One-shot purchases (such as audits) are charged once. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Intellectual property

Repository content belongs to its respective owners. Repo Wrapped and its original software and design are ours. You retain ownership of the tokens and content you supply.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repo Wrapped is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
