Document missing line command
Added a backlog item noting that the CLAUDE.md documentation omits the `line` command from its command type lists, even though it's been a supported command type. This causes AI agents to not discover the feature and use workarounds instead.
Document project profile and conventions
Added a project profile that describes what spot is (a Go CLI for deployment), what constitutes a real failure, blast radius, reporting standards for code review, and deliberate coding conventions to follow. This calibrates reviewers to evaluate changes against this project's specific context rather than generic standards.
Mask secrets in all log output
Fixed a bug where sensitive information (like authentication tokens) in log messages could appear unmasked in two cases: when logs had an empty prefix, or when using the Printf logging method. Secrets are now properly masked in all logging paths before output.
docs: add backlog items for Local.Run quote stripping and the stale cond note
A floor, not a guess: counts only commits whose author, co-author trailer, or message explicitly credits an AI tool (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, aider, Codex…). Based on 30 mainline commits. Unattributed AI code isn't counted here — the full audit estimates that separately.
